 Alan Brown

Alan Brown is the President and Founder of Processors Co-Op. Alan brings over 25 years of experience in the food service industry. His various credentials include heading the sales and operations for a multi-million dollar food service distributorship in the Southeast region. Alan also has owned a 500+ seat seafood buffet restaurant; these experiences have brought him valuable insight into the needs of the food service industry.

Bob Stone is now a long time resident of Atlanta. He received his MA in Psychology from Adelphi University in Long Island, NY. Prior to coming to Processors Co-op, he was National Accounts Manager for Shaw Industries where he was responsible for significant growth and presence of their Anso Branded Nylon division which was distributed into large Floor covering retail chains and Big Box stores throughout the country.

Although relatively new to the Food Industry, Bob brings practical “street wise” experience combined with his energetic passion to surpass the expectations of the customer and personal conviction to achieve measurable results which will continue to have a positive impact on others for years to come.

Bob presently lives in Buford, GA. with his wife Debbie and has two sons Jordan attending Georgia Tech., and Adam enrolled at the University of West Georgia.

His interests include motorcycle touring, cooking, photography, and renting movies to watch at home with his family.


 Clyde Magnum Food Cost Specialist clyde@cutyourfoodcost.com

Clyde has been helping customers “cut their food cost” at Processors Co-op for almost a decade. His professional background includes sales and sales management experience with Owens-Illinois calling on food service distributors and major end user accounts.  He also has a background in sales management with a regional food service distributor soliciting and managing muti-unit accounts.

 He is married, has one son and lives in the Atlanta area.   


 Ramona Parker Controller  accounting@cutyourfoodcost.com

Ramona Parker is the Controller for Processors Co-Op, Inc. She is responsible for all Accounting, Finance, and HR responsibilities as well as liaises with external auditors, banks, and lawyers. Prior to her current position, she ran her own bookkeeping firm as well as volunteered with the Alpharetta Police Athletic League (PAL) and the North Fulton County Combined Charities (NFCC).


 Terrie Bradley

Terry serves as our Operations Manager. She is truly a valuable asset to our company. She comes to us with an extensive management background. Prior to Processors Co-Op, she was the Operations Manger for a custom manufacturing company in Los Angeles, California, for just under 10 years. And, prior to that, she was a banking operations manager for more than 10 years.


 Bob Warnicke

Bob Warnicke, born in Cleveland, Ohio, has enjoyed working in the food industry for more than 40 years. The galleys of the Great Lakes cruise boats offered Bob his first opportunity as a cook on the Aquarama. The Culinary Institute of America and a degree in Hotel and Restaurant management seemed the logical course for his future. Following graduation, Bob managed the food service for Northern Illinois University and then the cafeteria for DuPont Old Hickory Division. However, Bob developed a love of sales and found how rewarding a working relationship with his clients can be.

Bob has served as regional sales manager for Armour Meats, Durkee Foods, Albertville Quality Foods, and General Mills. He enjoyed a time as the Manager of Food Service Division Mainland Sales for Mauna Loa Macadamia nuts until the company closed their mainland offices. At Processors Co-op, being able help his customers cut their food cost on top quality products has brought Bob great satisfaction.


 Chance Wyatt

Chance has been doing logistics/transportation for over 7 years. He also has a background in homeowners and commercial Insurance. When not working, he enjoy spending free time with his beautiful wife, hiking, camping, playing basketball, and relaxing. Wyatt has 3 dogs.


Enid Hope Schwartz

Comes to Processors Co-Op with 25+ year’s sales experience. She has had experience in the Catering Business as well as Produce Business working with Chef’s educating and demonstrating her products.

Her customer’s satisfaction is her #1 priority.


 Kevin Fine

Kevin Fine has been with Processors Co-Op for a year. Prior to joining our team he worked in the auto industry for many years as an internet sales manager. His experience with the internet is a huge asset in assisting with product knowledge and purchasing products for our customers. When he is not working he spends time working on being a single father of a teenage daughter.


 Leslie Kelly

Leslie Kelly has been with Processor’s Co-Op since 2003, where she began in Logistics, coordinating shipments of all customer’s orders through our Consolidated Freight carriers. Through determination, skills, communications, and careful planning, she demonstrates an active role in overseeing that our cost- saving products be delivered through prompt and efficient services and carriers.

As the years pass, she has become well-acquainted with our product lines as well as our many customers, and along with a developed idea of their needs to save money in overall food costs on products we source and supply Nationwide, has become an asset to our Sales Team.

Her “Saving money makes you money, and I can help!” philosophy has truly earned her the title of a “Cut Your Food Cost Specialist”!
